MAIN PERFORMANCE

This molding equipment employs a vertical hydraulic cylinder to shear off the molded material head protruding from the extruder outlet (hot shearing). A horizontal hydraulic cylinder ejects the mold from the mold sleeve, enhancing scrap aluminum recovery and facilitating mold return to the furnace for heat retention.

MAIN COMPISITION

The entire mold machinery consists of a fixed mold mounting base, scissor frame, hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic power unit, and control cabinet.
