Process：

The aluminum ladder is packaged by the heat-shrinkable film, and the heat-shrinkable film is reduced by heating, thus the aluminum ladder is packaged in the film by heat shrink tunnel.

1. Air Circulation Fan: Three imported high-speed, high-temperature-resistant fans are installed above the heat box, with one cooling fan at the outlet end. (Note: New model features ultra-high-efficiency, high-quality, high-temperature-resistant, high-speed-stability, high-speed motor superior to domestic YE3 series. Specifications: 220V-240V/50-60Hz/750W, 3450 rpm, no-load current approx. 0.5A, operating current 1.5A, temperature resistance 200°C). This ultra-efficient, high-temperature fan features extremely low no-load and operating currents with minimal power consumption. It maintains high rotational speed and stable, consistent airflow (i.e., consistent RPM and long-lasting durability) even in harsh environments up to 200°C.
2. Heating Elements and Automatic Temperature Control Circuit: Features our factory's high-efficiency, long-life elliptical U-shaped side-insertion metal far-infrared heating tubes. The automatic temperature control circuit integrates AC contactors from Japanese brands like Mitsubishi or Fuji with intelligent digital temperature controllers from renowned domestic manufacturers. Powered by 380V three-phase four-wire supply, operating temperature range: ambient to 200°C, power: ≤36kW (adjustable).
3. Drive Motor and Variable Frequency Drive: Equipped with a 380V/1.5KW high-efficiency premium motor paired with a high-performance Shilin 380V/1.5KW VFD for speed regulation. Conveying speed: 0–15m/min. Conveying capacity: ≤50Kg.
4. Drive Conveyor Shaft: Utilizes 5-pitch spaced chain. Conveyor shaft branches are φ12 round steel bars encased in white fiberglass tubing. Bearings are fitted every two branches for rolling support; shaft branches remain stationary.
5. Quality and Performance: Superior machine performance delivers rapid packaging speeds without film breakage, enabling highly efficient and energy-saving shrink wrapping.

MAIN TECHNICAL PARAMETERS AND REQUIREMENTS

1. External dimensions: 4000 × 1100 × 1650 (L × W × H mm);
2. Heating chamber channel dimensions: 2500 × 800 × 400 (L × W × H mm);
3. Outlet end: 1000 mm, equipped with cooling fan; inlet end: 500 mm; conveying surface height approximately 700 mm above ground level.
