PROFILE SHAPING WORKING PROCESS
The equipment vertical frame (shared by aluminum correction machine and aluminum surface shaping machine) is equipped with multiple driving rollers and driven rollers.For thin-wall profiles, special-shaped sections and arc-shaped profiles, precise correction and shaping can be realized by flexibly adjusting the position, quantity and spacing of main and auxiliary shaping wheels—cooperating with the aluminum straightening machine to complete linear correction first, then using the aluminum correction machine for angle adjustment, and finally the aluminum surface shaping machine for fine-tuning surface flatness, adapting to diverse profile specifications.
