Manufactured by Huizhou Antenk Electronics Co., Ltd, the AW2008R series 2.00mm pitch 90-degree dual row right angle wafer connector is a through-hole wire-to-board connector designed to build reliable power and signal transmission links between wiring harnesses and printed circuit boards in right angle layout. In strict compliance with official engineering drawing specifications, this dual row wafer supports pin counts ranging from 4 pins up to 44 pins with fixed 2.0mm pitch, and it perfectly mates with the matched AH2008 dual row housing series to finish complete wire harness assembly. The insulating housing is injection molded with UL94V-0 flame retardant Nylon 66 material with stable mechanical performance and high heat resistance. Square brass pins adopt tin over nickel electroplating treatment to lower contact resistance and greatly enhance oxidation resistance and soldering stability during long-term operation. Its core electrical specifications include 3A rated current under AC and DC 250V voltage, maximum 20 milliohm contact resistance and minimum 1000 megaohm insulation resistance. The connector can withstand 800V AC high voltage for one minute and work steadily within the temperature range from minus 25 degrees Celsius to plus 85 degrees Celsius. Two optional through-hole pin lengths are reserved to adapt to PCBs of different thicknesses, while all PCB layout dimensions are controlled within precise tolerance ranges to match standard wave soldering procedures. Our standardized production process covers independent precision mold development, high-speed brass terminal stamping, flame retardant nylon injection molding, anti-corrosion electroplating and automatic pin assembly. This right angle dual row wafer connector is installed by inserting its right angle through-hole pins into preset holes on PCB boards following the official PCB layout drawing and finishing wave soldering fixation. After wires are crimped onto matching terminals and locked into the AH2008 plastic housing, users insert the housing onto this wafer plug to complete wire-to-board circuit connection. It is widely applied in liquid crystal display modules, digital camera internal wiring, industrial control signal boards, smart household appliances, portable storage equipment, automotive electronic accessories and precision testing instruments. During soldering and daily use, operators must control soldering temperature reasonably to prevent thermal deformation of the nylon insulator, avoid violent forced plugging to prevent pin bending and terminal damage, and store unused connectors in dry sealed packages to avoid oxidation and discoloration of brass pins.
