This holder adopts glass filled LCP UL94V0 flame retardant plastic as insulating base, matched with 0.15mm thick phosphor bronze contact terminals finished with 30 micro inch nickel underlayer and standard 1 micro inch gold flash plating, and customers can upgrade to various gold thickness options from 3 micro inch up to 30 micro inch gold to enhance anti oxidation performance and low consistent contact resistance in humid and high temperature working environments. It is M-type SMT surface mount structure with dedicated polarized PCB layout marks, supporting tray packing and tape reel packing two packaging modes to satisfy manual assembly and high speed automatic SMT mass production lines.
