Linear automatic pad printer

The printing area of the pad printer is also expanded accordingly, and the number of products transported through the workbench at the same time will also increase. For regular products, more products can be transported at a time. By optimizing the arrangement of the products, 8-10 products can be printed at a time, and the production efficiency is doubled.

2. Simplified structure:

For pad printers with the ink cup moving left and right, a longer space is usually reserved at the front end of the product conveying for positioning the product according to certain requirements. At the same time, a flame treatment or plasma treatment device can be installed to improve the adhesion of the ink. The machine is equipped with an automatic rubber head cleaning device, which will not increase the front and rear dimensions of the pad printer, so that the size of the pad printer is more reasonable and more convenient for placement.

3. Multi-color pad printing
