MAIN STRUCTURAL COMPONENTS

1. Two imported brand fans are installed above the heat box (Note: These fans feature ultra-high efficiency, high-temperature resistance, high rotational speed, and high speed stability. Reference rated operating voltage: 230V; current power: 1/2 horsepower (370W). The high-efficiency motor has a maximum power rating of 750W, with actual operating power consumption around 180W—highly efficient and energy-saving).

This ultra-efficient, high-temperature-resistant fan exhibits extremely low no-load and operating currents with minimal power consumption. It maintains high rotational speed and stable, consistent airflow (i.e., consistent RPM and long-lasting durability) even in harsh environments up to 200°C. This provides reliable assurance for low-temperature dehydration drying and highly energy-efficient drying.

Unlike other manufacturers using standard fans (which have relatively high no-load and operating currents), this design prevents rapid deterioration in fan speed and air pressure shortly after machine use begins (e.g., dropping from 2800 rpm to 2400 rpm). Subsequent slowdowns in speed and airflow would degrade machine performance, reduce efficiency, and increase power consumption—all drawbacks of less efficient models.

2. Incorporates elliptical U-shaped side-insertion metal far-infrared high-efficiency heating tubes manufactured with Swiss technology. Powered by 380V three-phase four-wire supply, rated at 18KW.

3. Features Japanese-imported Mitsubishi or Fuji AC contactors integrated with temperature controllers from renowned domestic manufacturers to form an automatic temperature control circuit, with a maximum temperature of 250°C.

4. Equipped with a 0.37kW high-efficiency drive motor paired with a variable frequency speed regulator from a renowned manufacturer. Conveyor speed: 0–30m/min (adjustable). Maximum conveying weight: over 80kg. Features Japanese Panasonic switches and an additional “Forward/Stop/Reverse” conversion switch.
