Our DZ9112320920 Main Reducer Oil Seal replaces the original Hande component. It is an 85×105×18 mm pinion seal for Hande M300, HD469, HDZ300, TGX, HDZ440, MCY13 axles. Fits Shacman F3000, X3000, M3000, Delong, plus Foton Auman GTL, North Benz, Kamaz. Available in NBR (standard) and FKM/Viton (high-temp), with dual-lip and steel outer case.

Product Detail Image:
Surface Treatment: Steel outer case for press-fit. Rubber lip precision-formed. Dual-lip with garter spring. NBR standard; FKM/Viton for high temperature.
Manufacturing Process: Steel case stamped to 105 mm OD. Rubber molded and bonded. Lip trimmed, garter spring installed. Inspected for lip integrity, case roundness, dimensions.
Structure Diagram: Steel case, rubber sealing lip with garter spring, dust lip, internal spring. 85 mm ID fits pinion shaft; 105 mm OD presses into housing; 18 mm width.
Installation Position: Installs in differential housing bore around pinion shaft. Pressed in from outside, lip facing inward toward gear oil.
Product Principle: The seal lip contacts the rotating shaft with spring-loaded radial force. A thin oil film forms between lip and shaft, providing sealing and lubrication. The dust lip excludes grit and water. If the lip hardens or loses spring tension, oil escapes and contaminants enter.
Diagnostic Note: Watch for: Oil streaks under differential at pinion flange — seal lip lost contact. Oil on brake drum or disc — safety issue, repair immediately. Gear oil level dropping with no external leak — seal leaking, can drain axle. Whining or rumbling from differential — low oil from seal leak. Groove on pinion shaft at seal contact — new seal alone won't fix; repair sleeve or new shaft needed. Before replacing, check shaft journal condition and differential vent (clogged vent forces oil past seal).
