Structure of pad printer

Products can be pad printed at different positions depending on their structure. Multiple single-color pad printers can be used by changing fixtures and steel plates, or a multi-color shuttle pad printing machine can be adopted with a multi-dimensional adjustable fixture for efficient multi-position printing.

For products with fixed printing positions distributed across different areas—such as the front, back, and opposite sides—a pad printer equipped with a rotating multi-color pad head is recommended to complete the process in one operation.

After ink dipping, the pad head moves toward the product, and different printing positions are completed by rotating the corresponding pad heads. This allows multi-position printing in a single cycle, effectively combining the function of multiple single-color pad printers.
