Manufactured by Huizhou Antenk Electronics Co., Ltd, the PHCM15 series 1.27×2.54mm Pin Header Dual Row Double Plastic SMT Type is an offset dual-row surface mount connector designed for compact PCB signal interconnection. All manufacturing processes strictly comply with dimensional specifications and tolerances on engineering drawings. The double plastic insulator is made of PA66 material meeting UL94V-0 flame retardant standard to withstand high reflow soldering temperatures. Conductive pins are brass with multiple plating alternatives including tin, flash gold and selective gold of different thicknesses to satisfy diverse service life requirements. Rated current reaches 1 Amp, with insulation resistance above 1000 megohms and AC500V dielectric voltage withstand capacity, working stably within -65°C to +125°C. This series supports contact counts ranging from 02 to 100, multiple pin lengths, optional locating pegs and diversified packaging methods.
