• Speed/Pressure Closed Loop: Real-time correction of squeegee speed, screen pressure, and rotation angle to ensure consistency. 

(2) Positioning and Color Registration Module 

• Automatic Alignment: Visual/mechanical positioning, no printing without parts, color registration compensation. 

• Multi-color Printing: Stores multiple sets of color registration parameters, one-click switching, color registration accuracy ±0.01mm. 

(3) Process Parameter Management

• Formula Storage: Can store 99+ sets of product parameters, changeover time only 10–15 minutes. 

• Adjustable Parameters: Printing speed, squeegee pressure, screen travel, rotation angle, curing time, count limit.
