Manufactured by Huizhou Antenk Electronics Co., Ltd, the AT2500F series 7.62mm pitch plug-in terminal block is a detachable wire splicing component built for high voltage and high current power circuit connection in industrial electrical equipment. Produced fully in line with official drawing parameter standards, this terminal block supports 2 to 24 poles with fixed 7.62mm spacing. The insulating housing adopts UL94V-0 grade PA66 material that retains stable mechanical and insulating performance within a working temperature range of minus 40 degrees Celsius to plus 105 degrees Celsius. Conductive contacts are made of copper alloy with full nickel plating, supporting a maximum rated current of 15A and rated voltage up to 400V, withstanding impulse voltage of 6000V and 1600V dielectric strength for one minute, compatible with wire cross sections from 0.5mm² to 2.5mm² and wire gauge AWG24 to AWG12. Our complete standardized production flow covers independent custom mold development, high-temperature plastic injection molding, copper alloy terminal high-speed stamping, anti-rust nickel electroplating, automatic pole assembly and finished dimensional inspection. This pluggable terminal block is operated by stripping 9 to 10 millimeters of wire insulation, inserting wires into the wire clamping cavity of the plug module and tightening fixed screws, then inserting the plug unit into the matched socket base mounted on PCB or control panels to form separable power transmission circuits. It is widely applied in industrial control cabinets, switching power supplies, household electrical control modules, new energy charging equipment, communication power distribution units and precision testing instrument wiring systems. During wiring and assembly, operators must match wires within the 2.5mm² maximum cross section to avoid overload heating. Do not apply excessive force during plugging and unplugging to prevent plastic housing cracking and contact spring deformation. Unused terminal blocks should be stored in dry sealed environments to avoid nickel plating corrosion.
