The automatic vertical rotary screen printing machine is a high‑speed, high‑precision special printing equipment specially designed for plastic bottle caps, bottle lids, cosmetic caps, beverage caps, and various small round covers. It adopts a vertical turntable structure with continuous rotary indexing, which realizes fully automatic feeding, printing, UV curing, and discharging in one process.

This machine uses a high‑precision cam divider and servo motor control system to ensure stable turntable rotation and accurate color registration. It can be configured with 10-12 printing stations according to production needs, with fast printing speed and stable operation. The vertical structure effectively saves floor space and makes operation and maintenance more convenient.

The vertical turntable automatic screen printing equipment is a classic structure of a monochrome automatic Screen Printing machine . It is widely used for monochrome screen printing of cylindrical jars, caps bottles, hoses, cups, cream bottles, and car filters.

Feeding conveyor belt

Narrow PVC or metal conveyor belts are used. Glass paper products will first use stainless steel conveyor belts with equidistant positioning grooves or anti-slip patterns on the surface. The conveyor belt transports the product to the feeding and unloading station, and cooperates with the photoelectric sensor to detect the incoming material position to ensure that the feeding robot accurately grabs it.

Feeding and unloading robot
