Manufactured by Huizhou Antenk Electronics Co., Ltd, the AT2500F series Plug-in Terminal Block Pitch 3.5/3.81 is a compact detachable screw-type wiring connector designed for reliable power and signal interconnection on PCBs. All production strictly complies with engineering drawing dimensional specifications. The housing is made of PA66 filled with 23 percent glass fiber and meets UL94V-0 flame retardant standard, providing stable insulation and high temperature resistance during soldering and long-term operation. Conductive terminals are nickel-plated phosphor bronze, matched with nickel-plated brass wire cages and M3.0 nickel-plated steel screws. It is rated for 300V and 12A, suitable for 18 to 12AWG wires up to 2.5mm² with a recommended tightening torque of 0.4N.m. This series supports 2 to 16 poles and multiple optional insulator colors for circuit differentiation. Our complete manufacturing workflow includes in-house mold development, high-temperature injection molding, precision terminal stamping, multi-layer metal electroplating, automatic assembly and full dimensional inspection. During operation, users shall not exceed the rated 12A current to avoid thermal overload damage. Over-tightening screws is forbidden to prevent housing cracking and thread slipping. Unused terminal blocks should be stored in dry sealed environments to prevent nickel plating oxidation.
