The insulating housing is made of PA66 material filled with 23 percent glass fiber, conforming to UL94V-0 flame retardant specification for outstanding heat resistance and insulation performance. Conductive terminals are phosphor bronze with full nickel plating, paired with nickel-plated brass wire cages and nickel-plated steel M3.0 locking screws, with a standard tightening torque of 0.4 Newton meter.
