Manufactured by Huizhou Antenk Electronics Co., Ltd, the AT2500V series Plug-in Terminal Block Close Vertical Pitch 5.0/5.08 is a vertical pluggable wiring connector designed for space-saving vertical PCB mounting. All production strictly complies with engineering drawing dimensional standards. The housing adopts PA66 filled with 23 percent glass fiber, reaching UL94V-0 flame retardant grade, delivering stable insulation and high temperature resistance during soldering and long-term continuous operation. Conductive pins are brass with full tin plating, rated for 300V voltage and 12A current for reliable power and signal transmission. This series supports 2 to 24 poles and two vertical height options, with multiple insulator colors for circuit classification. Our complete manufacturing process includes in-house mold development, high-temperature injection molding, brass terminal high-speed stamping, anti-corrosion tin electroplating, automatic pin assembly and full dimensional inspection. Imported Japanese and Taiwanese production machines ensure consistent pitch precision and stable plug retention force. All raw materials conform to EU RoHS and REACH environmental requirements.
This vertical plug-in terminal block features simple assembly operations. Users strip wire insulation to proper length, fix wires inside matched female plug housings, then vertically insert the PCB-mounted male terminal block to form detachable electrical circuits.
